Ordered product for a free trail of 4.95 s/h. I asked the customer service person (Stephanie) was the guarentee from ship date or received date, she assurred my it would be noted to extend warranty period to May 30 so I could truly see what 30 days could offer me.
I have tried serveral times to call their "888"only to get a recording stating the company was have phone problems. I tried to address this online but without success.
I shippped the box, canister and all paperwork back yet today I have a charge
of $79.95, my bank (US Bank) said this transaction was authorized!
My next step is to call AZ BBB.
