I ordered my wedding gown from tbdress.com on April 11th. Was told it would take 22 days max to alter and 7 to ship. So I receive it some 45 days later and what a complete mess, just a disaster. It's torn, looks NOTHING like the photo on the website. This gown was to be all lace and it's satin with a netting-like overlay with crystals everywhere and the dress I wanted did NOT have crystals on it. The front of the hem is about 3 inches shorter than the back. What a complete disaster. I am so upset and now hoping to get my money back. I'm going to have to find another gown to wear b/c this is just so bad I can't even fathom wearing it for my wedding. I have submitted an email to their complaint dept but I'm worried b/c I didn't use PayPal for the gown, used my mastercard. Hopefully I'll get a response but FYI do NOT use tbdress.com! Complete scam!
