I ordered DyfloGest from Rejuva Naturals on 4/10. I called the Company to request a refund because the product did not work! I was told by a "supervisor" that if I would return the empty boxes I would get a complete refund. (Which I now doubt would occur!) Their refund guarantee states that if I'm not satisfied return any UNUSED portion to us and you'll receive a full and prompt refund. The "supervisor" said that I had to return ALL the boxes for a refund. I said they were USED & why would I return them if it is not stated in the guarantee? I told her that was dishonest. Didn't matter.
