I received a sms for a transaction of 99.00 USD (R854.12) yesterday on my Credit Card and I immediately phoned the bank to stop the transaction which they advised that the transaction is already in process so we must wait for it to go through and then claim a refund. I never agreed to pay 99.00 USD... I only bought "vitamins" for R46.00! South African RAND not USD! Have I been scammed? How do you claim back on a scam?
