Unauthorized $12.00 charge ignored for over a year

I notified my bank, but they told me to notify Facebook. For over a year Facebook has ignored me. I am truly angry this time. $12.00 is a lot of money for me, for something I never authorized or received. I am cancelling Facebook and all my games today.
