Called to accept invoice for services rendered in order to get cancellation number to cancel services never requested! When I asked to speak to supervisor, call was dropped. They called back, "Brad" Williams and "Rick" Williams, supposed supervisors, would not give me their company address or phone number. I was told the cancellation company (a separate company) could give me that information. I said I would not agree to pay an invoice for services not requested, they said cancellation dept was just following protocol by getting me to agree. I said I would not agree to pay a zero dollar invoice, they said if I did not agree to "pay zero dollar invoice" listing would automatically renew. When I asked to be transferred to the cancellation company, call was dropped again. Thank you for letting me document conversation.
