Ordered TOM shoes for my daughter, when didn't arrive after expected time, emailed them and surprisingly they emailed back saying "the plane was delayed" of all things, right! Still waiting for the plane to arrive with the shoes. Boy, they sure managed to take the money from my account right away!!!
