Shining Start Media, Chicago. Absolute bloody nuisance!

I don't know on what screen they got my email from but it has been constant daily bombardment of ruddy emails. Pay-day loans, PPI, credit cards.
First I deleted, then I deleted and blocked sender. Now I've gone in and "unsubscribed". But STILL they keep coming.
There must be some law somewhere that can stop these internet pests.
They're that flipping fly that is always in the room.!
