I still have not recieved the package! I ordered what was a free product and than was asked to pay the 5.95 frieght! When I asked for a refund, I was told it had to be in the system. It was held up over the weekend after veryfying my branson mo. Address I called yesterday and was told it was shipped to my old address in Lincoln NE. They are forwarding a claim form to get my product. What a way to make money, first by holding the order over the weekend and than shipping to the wrong address.in this day and age of computers, this should not happen! The lady became hostile when I told her my Branson MO address had been verified 3 times. I also reported this to the FTC over a month ago, but they did nothing!
How do these companies get away with using peoples money like this?
