I was very excited to purchase the Chiro dashboard on Thursday Dec 1 in the morning. Was told it may take 2 days to get the web site up fine. Was excited to see the site name and web pages up Thursday afternoon decided to go look at the new site so I would know how to promote it. There is no site all I get when I try to go to it is can't find server. Okay went to customer support for help at 10:15 am, beyond the auto responder no response
At 4pm added a message to the support notice asking when help was going to call.
Saturday December 3 10 am called the phone number and left a message.
Monday Dec 5 9am called for help
10am called for help
12 pm sent a new help request
call for help 3 more times
Went to help desk again at 3:56 pm
no response
called 5:45 pm still no response.
I want my money back
