Well, i signed up for this to the tune of $129 to help get my new business off the ground.
I didn't realize it, but once you register your domain name through this program and your site is optimized, "they own it" whether you stay with them or not. This is "my" understanding of their terms of agreement.
Based on that i decided to cancel my subscription and keep my domain, which i had registered prior to ever hearing about the dashboard.
I then went to their technical support site and there is no cancellation form to fill out. You click the link and there's nothing there. Click the pdf icon and you get a blank pdf that contains nothing more than the info below. Clearly NOT a cancellation form.

Anyway, i've submitted trouble tickets and also an email requesting a refund and haven't received any info on the status of my request. No credit to my bank account either.
Called my bank, canceled my card, and disputed the charges. They'll not be getting monthly or other charges from me.
