On May 5, we ordered a prom dress for my daughter. While they offered tailoring, that required extra time, so we opted for a straight size, figuring we could make adjustments when it arrived. Ten days later, I emailed the company and was told that all dresses are custom-made. I tried to cancel my order. On 5/17, they told me the dress was "almost finished" and they would rush ship it so it would arrive by 5/23. We still have not received the dress. After repeated inquiries, I have received a dozen more emails denying any responsibility and claiming that they offer no refunds. I want everyone to know about this company's false advertising and illegal business practices. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
