Purchased one year of Juvezyme product. Was told that it would help the joint pains. Was told that I had one year to decide if it was working or not which I then could return the product for a full refund in five business days. It made my joints worse so I called and got a return number to send all the empty bottles and the full ones back to the company. They received the product back on 4-23. I did not receive the monies back by the 30th of April so I called to find out why the monies were not being returned. I have been calling everyother day since and they are giving the excuse that they are changing computer systems or the system is down or some such excuse. I do not believe them anymore and think that they do not intend to return the monies paid into them for the product.
