I was also called and was lead to believe that they could help lower interest rates so I could get my cards paid off sooner. I had a man tell me not to pay one of my cards and i did just what they ask. After 3 months my wife told me I need to call the credit card company up and start paying them something, an the mean while my wife has tried nummously time to get in touch with them and leaving messages and never getting a return call from them. My wife has evern sent them a email. Nothing in return. I wouldn't advise anyone to talk to this company at all. 5/23
