On 3/11, I, too ordered 2 different FREE SAMPLE metabolism products from Green Coffee Diet LLC, stupidly giving my credit card # for shipping costs. The shipping costs were billed as $4.95 and $6.95 and I only received one of the offered sample bottles. On 3/29 I was charged $79.99 TWICE and again 5/2 was charged another $79.99. The only reason I went back to check our credit card statements was because I received another bottle of the SAME product (Natural Cleanse, 90 capsules) last week 5/15 and KNEW that I had certainly not ordered a refil.
THANK GOD we bank with CHASE FREEDOM, because when I called this morning, the woman told me that those charges would be removed from our card, that they would send the company the information that charges have not been accepted and that they will be blocked from future charges. However, I now realize that this company has billed under 2 names, so I guess I need to call Chase back to block their 2nd company "name"... What a scam & what was i thinking falling for it???
