The above info is the company I dealt with. I purchased an Olympus Digital Camera on the above date and I have had to return it to their factory 3 times. Their policy is not to return it to the store (Staples). The camera worked fine for the first month and then it began not turning on. I then was told on all of the occasions to return it to the factory. It kept coming back in the same condition I sent it to them. It now turns on but in about 3 seconds goes off and can't get it back on again. All they tell me is send it back. I have asked them to send me a new camera and they tell me that is not their policy they have to repair this one. I don't understand that. At this point I don't know what to do with a camera I have paid a lot of money for and they don't seem to want to help me. Can you advise? Thank you.
