I went to this website thinking it was affiliated with the USPS. Their link even says USPS in the line as well as "free." I did not realize I was charged $9.95 until days after I submitted the address change. They do the SAME job as the USPS for 8.95 more. They are scam artists. I have asked for a refund and they have refused saying my information was already sent to the USPS from them. I don't understand how they can get away with charging this much more. A total scam.
