I have been trying to pay my Amazon bill all of the mth of May ($53.00). I emailed them telling them I had lost my store acct#and I needed it to pay on line. I repeated the info to Amazon, by email and phone, but no help. I received 10 automatic calls or more asking for the money. BUT never a live person! I got pissed and tried again to get my acct# from Amazon/Gemoney. No luck. Finally, after much frustration, I found someone who was sympathetic, from Amazon, with my problem and stayed on the line until I got a live person. I feel
all this was un-necessary. There must not be to many humans working for Gemoney. Julian
