I had not been on the site for months, when I checked it one w/e I noticed 30 letters in my inbox. I also checked membership and plent of women lived in my locality, so, I joined to read the mails and possibly contact ppl who lived close to me. When I opened the emails, they were not emails!!! They were to notify me that someone had tried to contact me? I checked out ppl living close by and wrote to about 40... None replied, so, I took membership out that allowed them to contact me if they were non-subscribers. None contacted me in the month I was with GDFF. I suspect the profiles are of old members which the site "refuses" to take down, they say its up to a person to remove all details when they leave, if they dont, the profile stays posted. When I ask for my profile to be deleted, they delete it, and tell me should I wish to return click on renewal and the profile will be reactivated... Is that a deleted profile... Sounds suspended to me and it also still remains onlie. Just to induce some other fool to see my profile and get in touch, not knowing that my profile is not active. I often get notifications that ppl are interested in me, but if I write or reply to the wink or icebreaker... The profile has been long time dead. I get endless spam from approx 15 women a day, all below 30 and none with a profile, just a picure of an attractive woman, all these "young women" want is one thing? Your email address so they can forward your email for spamming. They write asking for your email outright telling you that your attractive and they want to get to know you better... Even if you live 4000 miles away. Steer clear of Girls Date for Free, its one rip off full of players and spammers and I suspect the odd one or two letters are from women, employed by GDFF and they send them out worldwide from an office or some place set up just to reel in money for the company
