I saw the product on line and it promised a shipment, paying only for shipping charges. I did not notice the fine print which said that the product had to be returned after 10 days, thinking that I was being sent a sample, as advertised. When I called to complain, I pressed 3 as directed and got a long pre-recorded explanation as to why I got a bill for $97.88. I've learned my lesson - be super careful on the internet and watch your credit card bills. If I had not cancelled my order, I would still be paying more in the months to come.
