Destruction of product during service

On The Go Cleaners shrunk my chaise cushion cover after WASHING when tag clearly marks DO NOT WASH / DRY CLEAN ONLY. The cover had an 8 hour 2% organic milk stain. After dry cleaning, the stain was not removed. The cleaners admitted the attendent on duty made a mistake by not spotting the material before dry cleaning. It is my experience after working at a dry cleaners in the past that milk is an easy stain to remove especially under 24 hours of stain. It is also my experience that the stain was embedded after dry cleaning and not using a spot remover first. To remedy their mistake the cleaners decided to WASH the material. The result was a removed stain but the cushion material was shrunk so severly that it no longer fits the cushion. The replacement is $99 plus shipping since the product is no longer available at our Atlanta store location. The store manager, Deana, has informed me they will NOT replace. Clearly they damaged the material and it can no longer be used so they ARE liable.
