I got some phone and fax numbers and a address that might be of some help, they suggested that I fax them the charges since they could not see where they charged me. 866-788-0099 is the phone number 503-719-8264 is the fax number and the address that I got from the is P.O. Box 12361 Scottsdale, AZ 85567 I hope this is some help, I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General of AZ. Good luck everyone we need to stand up to these people and stop them.
