I contacted my bank and they provided WCS Services (customer service in the Phillipines)

I contined to call the 855-243-7992 number
threatened complaints to the BBB, AZ ATTORNEY Generals office and the fcc. I also advised that I lived in Scottsdale, and know Phoenix
and would visit their places of business, I would also contact the local newspapers, contact the governers office, John McCain
and anybody else that may come to mind.
I called 480-551-5151 and advised my intentions

I received via email two emails that my bank account would be fully refunded.
I gave them 10 business days to do so
