I recieved an sms message on my phone from 19177547268, stating "Congratulations! You are Australia's WINNER OF THE DAY! Go to http://www.apple.Au. Mobilegiveawayinsanity.com to claim your prize. Must claim within 24 hours" at 15:03 21st May Australian eastern standard time.
I typed in the link on my computer rather than my phone and it took me to the Zinga.com site. There was no opportunity to claim a prize, only their log on page to register, which I did not do. There was a link to a live chat for assistance and I went to that and stated what I'd recieved. The person named "Nickel" apologised and told me that it must have come from a third party promotion and that it had not come from Ziinga.com. I stated that it sounded like phishing and he/she repeated the denial told me to delete the message.
