October made request to Chrysler regarding interior of my 2009 Sebring.
I did not have chance to bring car in for service until Jan and have all the e-mails of communication frpm day one. Once photo's taken I was tolf call to follow-up within week. Remark was made at time of service"hold on type of repairs" due to whole panel needs to be replaced. Iterior has 4-5 places where paint or whatever is rubbing off! I never heard anything back and requested phot's when I was told had to be done at my expense since warranty 36 months or mileage. I was never told this back in October -mileage was not validated at that time - only In January. What a rip off! Dollar amount estimate but if both panels need to be replaced the amount has to be at least $500.00
As of April 3 Chrysler said posistion same and I wil have to cover expense!
