October of Jan sent e-mails with my concern to Chrysler regarding interior paint wearing off several areas. I was told to bring in for service. I have all e-mails saved. Jan service visit photo's take with follow-up phone call the next week per sevice department. No call recieved and when I followed up told warranty expired due to mileage (2009 Sebring - 3 years in April). Complained to Chysler and recieved final letter of denial 4-3-12. Mileage was not mentioned or verified in October so why would it not still be under warranty per my last letter to Chrysler 3-23-12?
