I won $50.00 on an instant win.in 2011. I won another $5,000.00 on the same date with the instant win. PCH does not want to pay this claiming that it was not an instant win. I have contacted USPS and they can not do anything. I want a class action law suit want to join in for this suit. Who wants to join me? Rodney Spink
