Finally I got a representative that doesn't speak English, her namewas Helen h-e-l-e-n. According to Rep, only way account can be looked up is by debit Card. Told them no wway it must be linked to phone# or last name. They tried my last name said nothing found only one transaction from lady Tracey mees from Trumbull TX was only debit on 5/1 1512. Went to the bank for a dispute because the lady would not tell me her address. Bank told me they were surprised that the scam answered because they never answer. Got my money refund it is also filed a complaint with the attorney general in flor. Ida
