Advised me that I was the winner of a 5000.00 check Robina Town Centre Queensland 4230

I was sent a letter in the mail stating that I was guaranteed to receive 5000.00 if I returned the release form and fulfill the contest requirements. I was also advised that this contest was not a lottery, game of chance or involved gambling. I was told I did not have to purchase, send any money or contribute anything to win.
