Robert (Bob) Vreeland Breached Agreement, Took Earnest Money

Landlord agreed to lease agreement. Asked for good faith money to be placed with attorney. Then he took good faith/earnest money from attorney and reneged on agreement. Subsequently, trashed the name of our company to intentionally scare off customers.
