Earnest Mortgage Associates, Inc., Robert E. Barnum, Inc., Earnest Realty, Inc., CASA Real Estate Broker, Stealer and Treasurer of Non-Profit?

I started Earnest Mortgage Associates, Inc. With someone I thought I could trust. However, when it came time to end my employment with the company I got to see the true colors of Robert Barnum.

After lending the company over $10,000 this year, and shorting my income to help the company make ends meet I decided enough was enough and I left the company. Now my business partner has decided to claim that the company owes me no money, he tells the police I do not own 25% of company, would not return my artwork that I purchased from my personal checking account (after getting the police involved I have received all but one of my pieces of artwork back) and he owes my sister money. But that is not all, he has not filed company taxes returns for the last 2 years, and so he has not been able to give me my Federal K-1's to accuratly complete my taxes. Now the IRS is after him to complete this, but he gives them the run around as well.

So I found out he is made Treasurer of a local non-profit group called CASA. This is a great group from what I know, but they have the wrong person as Treasurer.

I would have to recommened to not use Earnest Realty or Earnest Mortgage Associates, Inc. As well as have no business relationship with Robert Barnum who is the broker/owener of Earnest Realty and 75% stock holder of Earnest Mortgage Associates, Inc. (and this is coming from a 25% stock holder of Earnest Mortgage Associates, Inc.)

Open to any suggestions anyone my have! (just don't tell me to hire a lawyer, I can't afford that)
