I was looking around online for a possible small 200 or 300 loan unbeknownst to me Mass Street Group deposited money in my account witout any authorization from me, in fact I have an email to then which directly states leave me alone I dont want anything from you. This was back in March. The account was closed at the time they now are claiming they deposited $850.00 and $520.00 into and that they are sending a summons for me at work or at home to go to court for defauding a banking institute. Citizens bank closed my account around that time well before they deposited any more money into my account other than 300.00 that I now know happened. There are 46 complaints on t his site alone all saying the same thing, they never signed anything but this company put money in thier account. Well they are going to wish they never tried to scam me. Ive already contacted Citizens Bank, my local Attorney General and instead of them taking me to court for "defrauding a frauder" they are the ones that are going to be paying me. They also go by East Side Lenders and several other names.
