I purchased pro-cleaner from safecart on 4/9. When I realized that the program was doing only what my other programs are doing, I requested a cancellation. I have sent a total of twelve messages and five phone calls. I even had their own staff take remote control and walk through the cancellation process only to have the same message sent back to me that they are a great service. I have been promised twice that the cancellation will take place and as of 5/16 it has not.
