I too have not recieved my product. I ordered from the purehealth 100 because my daughter ordered from them and did recieved her product. I have not recieved mine and it has been about 2 weeks. I also emailed them and tried to call and the mailbox is always full. The money has already been removed from my account. I am not sure if I will be able to get my money back or the product. I guess I will have to wait and see.
