This is Loretta Brodock: I have a recent File here and would like to update it: I contacted the Better Business Bureau: BBB of Southern Colorado... And was told to go to. Bbc.org... Enter 80831 for the state... And file a compliant with them. They have had 340 some compliants with only 2 no replies and 300 resolved and money returned to customer: So I urge everyone to file a compliant with the bbc, 80831 and use the new name for them also, which is Lrumar Publications. I just filed my compliant and will update here what happens... To all. Good Luck
