I hate to admit I was finally suckered. I received an email offering a free laptop. It was explained that I would be required to test their products and submit a short report form (and keep the products) In order to qualify, I had to take advantage of two offers (I chose BMG Music and Language Advantage) I was assured that I would receive a confirmation email once I signed up. (so I signed up for yet a third offer) I actually did receive such email, informing me that I had to sign up for ONE more (so I signed up for yet a third offer) (okay, I'm an idiot) Since then, I have heard nothing. I replied to their original letter twice but heard nothing. I have spent all morning cancelling these "free" offers. I must say these third party companies were very helpful and quite sympathetic as it seems they have dealt with this same exact complaint before. I encourage anyone who has been pulled in by this scam to cancel your offers and let those companies know how their names are being misused.
