I got nailed with this scam and did have 29.95 deducted from my checking account. The e-check showed my husbands checking account but with my name (I am not on his account). I called my bank and they will deduct the 29.95. After researching this scam with GOOGLE I found that this is a fraud and to take it up with my bank and police. I will do this tomorrow. For anyone who gets hit with this scam, you must go to your bank. Do not call the number on the cancelled check as they will tell you they are sending a replacement check. If you receive the check and cash it, it bounces so you are out the bounce check fee. Lets all get these 'snakes' by going to the police and your bank and the FBI.
