Bill Zinke likes to pride himself on being a perfectionist, someone who has high standards and expects the best from his employees. Bill ZInke is the completely opposite of that. Being a perfectionist is one thing; being rude, condescending, belittling and an asshole for literally no reason other than to satisfy a sick desire for control is another. Bill ZInke is not a perfectionist; he is a maniac.
I have read other reports on him. They are all completely and utterly accurate.
He takes pride in hiring highly skilled and educated personnel, initially encouraging their input and engagement, yet rejects and demeans any suggestion, even in areas where he has no knowledge or experience. His need for power delegates everyone else into a position of servitude, regardless of their background and potential.
He never takes any accountability for the mistakes he makes; instead, he deflects blame onto his staff for any error, misunderstanding or forgetfulness he has, because he refuses to believe he is capable of any fault.
