I was solicited to perform work by Sirous Ghanimati to repair vandelized property in a home in Kissimmee Fl. Although Mr. Ghanimati did not want to put anything in writing I sent him a detailed proposal and had the tenant sign off on work performed. Please be aware LECOF is a scammer and does not pay!
