I go into my account to view my balance and I see that it was short $31.60, I then look up who deducted it, and it stated Loan Avantix, but there was no telephone #. I finally find a # and I asked why was I charged for something they have never given me, and also I explained that I read the terms of my agreement and it stated a fee would not be charged for looking into receiving a loan from a totally different company. The rep said she would email me proof that it indeed did state this info and I never received that email! I am so tired of companies trying to scam people, and then getting their info and using it ti gain profit for a service they did not do! It needs to stop now! Oh and by the way I have Bank Of America as well.
