April 9th my account was overdrawn $125.00. The company went into my account without my authorization, twice. I called spoke with a so called supervisor named Veronica which told me They will refund the $30.00 back and gave me a confirmation number. I was told 5 to 7 days I will be refunded. April 27th I called again told give 24hrs. For refund, nothing. I called again here it is May and told for the last time give another 5 to 7 days. Next week they will here from me through BBB. The Loan company address is 2780 South Jones BLVD
