Refunds was never received

I believe these individuals are located in Colorado, with cell phones from Arizona. Since November I have been calling them to get my money back. So far my phone calls and emails have been ignored by both of them. They charge my account $200.00, sending me a defected box in November, within few days I returned the box and asked for refund... Up to date, nothing has happen.
