I was going to try this firm because of the friendly consultant that told me my payment would drop from $1740 to $1259, this excited me because I'm retired and my husband is medically disabled, and is on medical social security. But as of this date no one has asked me for check stubs, tax forms, award letters for our social security, I hope he knows that I am talking about him this consultant. I used all of the money I was saving for our family reunion cruise at the end of May. He even said if you think this isnt real and arent happy I'll give your money back. Now That I want my money back, he says, if you back out, you lose your money. My son even called him to let him know I was having some heart issues due to a recent heart attack and If they would take the 2nd payment when loan wraps up I'll give it a try. No No they want that money up front. No one pays to have a room built on their house and pays up front, no one! No difference here, I even offered an additional $500 if they would take the payment at the end. Well, now I have decided I want my $1500, or they can deduct a small amount for whatever they've done, which I dont even know. If I dont receive at least $1000 back by May 20th, then I'll start using names and I will not stop until I get my money. You know who you are.
