This scamming company got me... And I never thought I could get taken by these people who keep changing their names to scoop up our money. They hae there Mr. Personality Derrick Smith win you over with his smooth talking... He got me and several others that I have been contacted by. All he was wprroed anout was when I was going send in my 2 payments. And also getting him off these scam blogs. No concerns about my loan mod... Only his money and eputation. I saved 2 months to take that money on a family cruise on May 28th, now I dont have 1 cent... Derrick has it all. He said if I wasnt happy he'd write me a check and give me my money back... My son called and he told him no refunds. Another lie!!! If I dont get my money by May 21st, then I will contact the small claims courts, eyewitness news, George Pennachio, the LA Times and the Big Paper in San Diego. The Karma will bite all of you in your big fat butts, thats a guarantee. So get me off your backs and send me my money. Marcy will give you my number and I'll tell you all sbout them. Tomorrow.
