I visited their web and took advantage of a free credit report.
On the same day i withdrew my desire to participate in their services.
I checked my account on 05/08 and discovered that I had a debit for 39.99 from them and contacted them.
I was told that there was nothing they could do at this point because they had all my information and that I had subscribed to their services.
I informed them that I was disabled and elderly and didn't understand what he was talking about.
I was informed that all they could do is correct the account from future debits and that I would have to suffer the loss.
I decided to write this so no one else would have to go through the same thing
Just don't mess with free credit report.com
