Credit card charge for $999.97 plus a $29.99 foreign transaction fee showed up on my MasterCard last month. The phone number (866) 209-9723 is associated with the charges, but it is a non-working number. The charge shows up as Shoe Stores! No idea how they got my card number, but I definitely didn't purchase 1k worth of shoes!
