Ordered ez eye keyboards for my parents, as they are getting older and have a hard time seeing. Only ordered "1" i'm 100000000% certain what i ordered. However, my parents have laptops and didn't feel they would work very well, so i called to cancel the order. At 11am on 05/07 they stated they hadn't received the order yet, to call back in 4-12 hours or go to their online website. 3 hours later, i decided i would call back, and they proceeded to tell me the order shipped. The website says in progress, but can't seem to get my money back as quickly as they took it. They told me to refuse shipping. I'm pissed. I only wanted to spend a certain amount. But seeing all the post here, i guess that wont be happening.
