The same scam that others have reported. When I purchases one book in Aug I, according to them "agreed to a membership" for which they charged me $9.95 per month for 8 months. When contacted they agreed to refund me their "maximum" of $19.95. I will also be contacting the BBB in Florida to object to their shady business practices.
