I ordered a Barbour jacket from what appeared to be a UK Barbour Clothing Shop trading as "Barbour-Jacketshop". (with Union Jack). When I received the Order, it came from Teng Qi Shanghai Ltd and was not the item I had ordered and paid for. It was another lesser quality jacket and not a British Barbour. They have thus far ignored my repeated requests for a returns authorisation as per their policy for returning goods along with an address for return. Obviously they do not want to know.
