The YMCA overcharged me almost 700 dollars! When I brought it to their attention, I was told I'd only be given about $260 back. When I tried to explain that the numbers weren't right to the man, he threatened me! At a Christian facility that is "family oriented!" I moved up the chain to the CEO to resolve it, his name is Woody, in Hamilton, Oh, he told me to just go to a different location if I didn't feel comfortable working out in the location I had been threatened in. At that point, I told Woody I was recording the phone conversation & he said, "since you're recording me, this conversation is over" & hung up on me, then kicked me out of the YMCA all together! They paid me my money back, but the man that threatened me still works there & I'm not allowed to go there anymore because I said I was recording a call, clearly due to the lack of morals & justice this company has! Don't go there! He should not be the CEO of a Christian company!
